Kentro is seeking an experienced Financial Data Analyst – CFO to support a mission‑critical intelligence community customer. In this role, you will provide advanced workforce analytics, predictive modeling, and data-driven insights that enable strategic decision-making across the Agency. You will develop automated dashboards, reporting solutions, and AI/ML capabilities that enhance data accessibility, streamline workflows, and support CFO-level initiatives. The analyst will integrate enterprise HR and CFO data, build forecasting models, standardize reporting processes, and deliver executive-level analysis to senior leadership. This position requires strong experience with SQL, Tableau, Python, AWS, and developing automated analytics solutions in complex enterprise environments. Location: Intel customer site (onsite) Compensation: $170,000–$180,000 (based on experience and contract requirements) Clearance: Active TS/SCI required; must be willing/able to obtain CI Poly Citizenship: US Citizen Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years of data analytics experience, strong dashboarding and automation skills, familiarity with workforce/talent analytics, and the ability to brief executives on complex findings.
