Senior Data Security Engineer (DRM) – USSOCOM | TS/SCI | Tampa, FL (Hybrid) Kentro is hiring a Senior Data Security Engineer to support USSOCOM’s Zero Trust initiative. This role leads enterprise data discovery, classification, and Data Rights Management across hybrid and multi‑domain environments. Role Focus: • Implement AD‑RMS/Azure RMS as SOCOM’s DRM engine • Build and maintain the Global Data Inventory • Develop Purview/MCAS/Entra/Conditional Access policies • Integrate data catalogs (Palantir, Unified Catalog, Purview Audit) • Execute large‑scale data discovery across SQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL and cloud storage • Tune ML classifiers for mission‑specific data Required: • BS in CS, Cybersecurity, IT (MS preferred) • 10+ years in systems engineering or data security • Proven AD‑RMS/Azure RMS experience • Expertise in Purview, MCAS, Entra ID, Conditional Access • Large‑scale data environment experience Preferred: • KQL, SPL, Kubernetes, Docker • Storage protocols and SQL/NoSQL knowledge • Metadata/catalog integration Clearance: Active TS with SCI eligibility Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid) If you have deep Microsoft security stack experience and want to drive SOCOM’s Zero Trust data protection mission, we’d like to connect.
