POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Director of Pacific and Tech Operations and Development will oversee the day-to-day and strategic operations of the company's proprietary security technology product line of business. This role is responsible for managing budgets, maximizing human capital, development of new business, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of technology services.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide strategic leadership to the organization, setting the vision, mission, and long-term goals, while ensuring alignment across all departments and functions.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure the company runs efficiently by managing the assigned team, setting key performance indicators (KPIs), and driving operational excellence.
- Identify and assess emerging market trends within the commercial, federal, local law enforcement, and military sectors to uncover new business development opportunities for security technology solutions.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key market stakeholders to drive program expansion and ensure alignment with client needs.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies that demonstrate the value of innovative security technology products, addressing unique challenges faced by potential clients.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify gaps in the current security offerings and recommend actionable solutions that align with client goals and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and lead product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the advantages and capabilities of the technology in real-world security applications.
- Engage with industry stakeholders at conferences, trade shows, and networking events to increase brand visibility and identify new business partnerships or collaborations.
- Monitor industry regulations and funding opportunities, ensuring that proposed solutions align with the latest legal and operational requirements for commercial, federal, state, and military agencies.
- Utilize sales analytics tools to track lead generation, sales progress, and client engagement, optimizing outreach efforts for maximum impact.
- Oversee the department's financial performance, managing the P&L statement to ensure profitability, cost efficiency, and optimal resource allocation across all departments and projects.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive revenue growth, improve margins, and reduce costs while maintaining the company's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate across functions and programs to identify efficiencies and enhance business operations, acting as a liaison between departments for company-wide success.
- Ensure all contractual obligations and deliverables are met on time and to the client's satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in military, security, or law enforcement operations.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing security strategies for law enforcement, military, or personal protection agencies.
- Extensive experience working with DoS, DoD, law enforcement, or similar federal/state security agencies.
- Ability to make critical decisions with limited information, often within tight deadlines.
- U.S. Citizenship required for eligibility to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally and visit austere, potentially hostile locations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with a focus on clear and concise interactions.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with an analytical mindset.
- Adaptable to rapidly changing environments and evolving business needs.
- Must be able to lift, lower, carry, push or move objects up to 25 lbs. Various tasks may require intermittent standing or prolonged sitting, and the ability to walk, reach, kneel, crouch and handle work related supplies and tools.
