Program Integrator (Integration Ops)

Waypoint's client is seeking a Program Integrator (Integration Ops) to ensure the successful integration of multiple programs, systems, and stakeholders to meet strategic objectives. In this role, you will develop integration plans, document stakeholder needs, and provide input on program-related matters. You will also identify and assess risks, facilitate communication across teams and external partners, and drive process improvements. Strong program management, communication skills, and experience with DoD/Army defense systems are required.

Responsibilities:

• Program Integrator (Integration Ops) responsible for ensuring the successful integration of multiple programs, systems, and stakeholders to achieve strategic and operational objectives
• Requires a deep understanding of program management principles, technical expertise, and strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration and coordination among various teams and stakeholders
• Develop and implement integration plans to align multiple programs, systems, and stakeholders
• Identify and document stakeholder needs, expectations, and concerns in a stakeholder management matrix/plan
• Provide input to program teams on programmatic integration-related matters
• Identify, assess, and recommend mitigations or capture plans for integrated related risks/ opportunities.
• Facilitate communication and coordination amongst product teams, stakeholders, and external partners
• Develop, measure, analyze, and improve processes and procedures.
• Document and present integration-related plans, status, outcomes in professional reports and presentation materials
• Capture lessons learned and support know1edge management efforts across the
• program integration space

Requirements:

• Master's degree and 10 years' experience or 22 years no degree or bachelor's degree and 18 years' experience in a relevant field (engineering, project management, business, etc.
• DAWIA Program Management and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with DoD/Army, defense industry and related stakeholders.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies in missile defense.
• Experience with DoD/Army, defense industry and related stakeholders.
• Proven experience in program management, specifically in the defense industry with a focus on missile defense systems.
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, policies, and regulations.
