Waypoint Human Capital is supporting our customer in identifying a Financial Analyst to join the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E)) team in Alexandria, VA. This is a fully funded, immediate hire and a 100% on-site role located at the Mark Center. Position Details: • Full-time, on-site in Alexandria, VA • Salary: $110K–$115K + full benefits • Clearance: Active Secret Requirements: • 6+ years of experience in DoD financial management or related analysis • Strong understanding of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process • Knowledge of DoD acquisition and funding execution • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word) • Experience with Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) or similar systems • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance (or equivalent specialized experience) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills If this sounds like a fit — or if you know someone who would be — let’s connect!
