Required Skills:
-5-7+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and administration
-Experience installing and configuring MID Servers with Linux, creating custom SNMP Patterns, Data Policy, etc.
-Experience in ITSM and CMDB at minimum
-Integrations into CMDB
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects.
Participate in discovery and learning phases
Perform hands-on development and coding and ServiceNow scripting.
Implement and configure ServiceNow
Ensure compliance with TS/SCI requirements and access to SCI facilities.
Qualifications:
Strong administrative and development skills, with hands-on experience in coding and scripting.
Experience with ServiceNow implementation and configuration.
ServiceNow Admin Certification and sec+ is required; ITIL4 certification is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
Additional Information:
This role involves working closely with the team to ensure smooth project execution and transition phases.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
