Job Purpose:
Creek Technologies is seeking a Network Infrastructure Expert who will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and securing the organization's network infrastructure, ensuring reliable and secure connectivity for all users. In anticipation to this role, it will require expertise in Cisco networking equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), CUCM, VoIP, and Wi-Fi solutions.

Creek Technologies is seeking a Network Infrastructure Expert who will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and securing the organization's network infrastructure, ensuring reliable and secure connectivity for all users. In anticipation to this role, it will require expertise in Cisco networking equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), CUCM, VoIP, and Wi-Fi solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco Layer 2 and Layer 3 routers and switches.
- Implement, manage, and secure Firewall, IDS/IPS, CUCM, VoIP systems, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
- Perform network cable management, including gathering and executing cable management requirements.
- Apply DISA Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIGs) to secure Cisco network environments.
- Design, implement, and maintain secure and efficient network architectures for LAN/WAN infrastructure.
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate and optimize network infrastructure with organizational needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of networking trends, vulnerabilities, and solutions, ensuring the environment is optimized for performance and security.
- Provide support for network troubleshooting and technical assistance as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Potential candidates should possess requisite certifications that meet IAT Level II requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in Cisco Layer 2 and Layer 3 network infrastructure, including configuration and troubleshooting of routers and switches.
- Minimum of five years of hands-on experience with firewall management, IDS/IPS systems, CUCM, VoIP, and Wi-Fi administration and configuration.
- Proficient in gathering cable management requirements and executing those requirements effectively.
- Minimum of five years of experience in securing Cisco environments according to DISA Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIGs).
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
