QA/QC Internal/External Inspector

RESPONSBILITIES

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of logistic operations in Colombia. Establish quality standards, metrics, and performance indicators to measure and monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational objectives
• Conduct audits, inspections, and assessments to verify compliance with contractual agreements, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Identify non-conformities, deficiencies, and areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions to address issues and mitigate risks
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality assurance activities, audit findings, and corrective actions. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for USSOUTHCOM personnel
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability of logistic operations. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve overall quality performance
• Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate personnel on quality assurance principles, compliance requirements, and best practices. Promote a culture of quality and accountability by fostering awareness and understanding of quality objectives and expectations

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-10 years related experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• English professional fluency preferred. Ability to speak, read and write to appropriate and consistently communicate in English, preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain RSO Vetting Security Clearance
• Ability to successfully pass any employment related drug screening and background security check

WORKING CONDITIONS

Work is based in an office and field work environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Normal work hours are Monday-Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., however extended hours may be required.
