Summary

CREEK TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a full time, on-site Senior Program Manager, in support of the AFRL-RX support contract, located at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and perform the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities

• Support the Chief Culture Officer (CCO) to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions on workforce development and implementation of learning strategies and programs.
• Scheduling meetings, recording meeting minutes, documenting, following up on action items and providing status updates.
• Facilitation, facilitation setup, training, and evaluation support.
• Support organizational assessment and workforce development, workforce management and analysis through a variety of organizational tenets such as employee lifecycle perspectives; including onboarding, culture, retention, and exit interviews.
• Conducts needs assessments and analyses of current state and future areas for learning needs, including current critical and emerging organizational health and development practices.
• Supports CCO in development and implementation of survey techniques, measurement devices, and statistical analysis. Uses fundamental concepts, research and analyses to identify current and anticipated organizational gaps.
• Implements workforce development initiatives, RX learning strategy, and change management initiatives.
• Supports cultural activities, branding/marketing initiatives, training, and special events.

Qualifications

• Possess or be able to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance.
• Advanced degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, or other like degree.
• Microsoft (MS) Office skills with high proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Must have the ability to learn and employ other tools such as MS Power BI (or related Business Intelligence apps) and other analysis and visualization tools.

Experience/Education

• 10 years of demonstrated experience in Organizational Health, Development, or Psychology.
• Advanced degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, or other like degree.
