Position: Project Support Analyst

Waypoint's customer is seeking a Project Support Analyst to assist their Army customer. This role requires strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills to support the Project Manager and leadership teams.
Responsibilities:
• Anticipate Project Manager needs, analyze challenges, and propose solutions for routine and complex issues.
• Manage assignment, tracking, and configuration control of all Staff Actions Control Officer (SACO) tasks.
• Develop and maintain knowledge management processes for seamless integration across program offices.
• Act as a liaison to the Army customer and leadership, ensuring strategic messaging and situational awareness.
• Support the Project Manager with special projects, document creation, Integrated Master Schedules, Monthly Acquisition Reports, and presentations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external Project Manager related matters, including classified and high-priority issues.
• Analyze priorities, recommend courses of action, and track organizational policies to completion.
• Maintain open communication with senior leadership and staff, improving office policies and forecasting future needs.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree + 18 years or Master's degree + 10 years of experience in federal or industry technical/professional roles
• Active Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred)
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment
Desired:
• Experience with classified and Special Access Programs (SAP)
• DAWIA Program Management certification
• PMP certification
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
