We are looking for a Systems Engineer to support our Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) activities across a diverse portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing systems test plans and procedures, engaging with customers, and working within Agile software development environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and document system architectures and sub-systems, ensuring they meet customer requirements.
• Create and manage test plans and procedures to validate system functionality.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Deploy services and support testing events to ensure system integration and performance.
• Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Identify potential issues and proactively work with teams to develop solutions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Systems Engineer or similar role.
• Experience developing and executing test plans and procedures.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and architectures.
• Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and practices.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with customer engagements and managing stakeholder relationships.
