Job Description:
Apex Systems is looking for a VCF Engineer for one of our top clients supporting a DOD customer in the Alexandria, Virginia area. As a VCF Engineer, you will join a team to improve the customers virtualized environments for a mission focused customer.
Responsibilities:
Interacts with the team daily to deliver reliable and robust virtualized environment.
Communicates with the team lead, design group and other teammates to deliver the operational requirements.
Able to work on a team that supports a mission focused customer with high expectations.
Resolves challenging problems to provide highly available virtualized environments.
Utilizes technical knowledge, interpersonal skills and grit to solve challenging operational requirements.
May serve as team lead.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Education: Bachelors
Required Experience: 8+ years
Required Technical Skills: Security+, vSphere 8
Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI, #clearance
Required Skills and Abilities: Communication, problem solving, attention to detail
Preferred Skills: VCP-DCV
