The eLearning Developer/Technologist at Creek Technologies will work primarily remotely, with occasional on-site requirements. This position does not include the provision of a government computer nor the need for a CAC or AFNET account.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Instructional System Designers (ISDs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop engaging and effective courseware content.
  • Develop interactive learning content using advanced instructional strategies and experiential learning activities.
  • Prototype interactive learning exercises, refining them iteratively to produce polished, final products.
  • Create multimedia content (audio, video, animations, interactive exercises) consistent with DISCS practices and courseware templates.
  • Ensure SCORM compliance to interface with the DISCS LMS (currently Blackboard).

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Strong team collaboration skills and experience working with ISDs and SMEs to develop courseware content.
  • Expertise in creating interactive content and proficiency with multimedia tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Captivate, and HTML5.
  • Experience in prototyping and refining content, including converting it to SCORM format for LMS compatibility.
  • Skilled in designing scenarios and simulations for educational purposes.
  • Solid understanding of immersion and engagement techniques in learning content.

Education & Certification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Certification in core software applications (Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Captivate, HTML5).
  • At least two years of hands-on experience using relevant software tools.
  • Background or certification in Instructional Systems Design (ISD) or a similar field is a plus.
