Overview:
Instructional System Designers at Creek Technologies will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and develop course content for both classroom and online delivery using Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles. These personnel will work on-site periodically with DISCS personnel to develop curricula but will not be provided with a government computer or required to obtain a CAC or AFNET account.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with SMEs to define and analyze learning objectives and outcomes.
- Lead the course design process, focusing on advanced instructional strategies.
- Design courses with scenario-based or experiential learning, using rapid-development applications that align with DISCS practices.
- Develop engaging and immersive scenarios and simulations that support learning objectives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Mastery of the ADDIE process (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) and other core ISD essentials, including learning theories, assessment strategies, and evaluation models.
- Proven experience in designing scenario-based learning and simulations with a focus on immersion and learner engagement.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques.
Education & Certification:
- Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Formal certification in instructional design, or an education degree with relevant ISD coursework.
- At least two years of experience in instructional design.
- Additional certifications in learning technologies or specialized instructional design methods are a plus.
