**Location:** Fort Meade, MD

**Job Description:**
Join our team to build and expand the Cloud environment, focusing on infrastructure virtualization and integration with COTS applications.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and manage the Cloud environment.
- Utilize cloud technologies, preferably Azure.
- Implement infrastructure virtualization using VMware.
- Manage Windows and Linux OS instances.
- Support environment scaling from 70 instances.
- Execute end-to-end cloud setup, including migration.
- Focus on IaaS without Kubernetes or containerized experience.
- Collaborate with the CI/CD team for integration.
- Open to remote candidates, preferably near Fort Meade.

**Qualifications:**
- Experience with cloud technologies, ideally Azure.
- Proficiency in VMware and infrastructure virtualization.
- Hands-on experience in building and migrating cloud environments.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux OS.
- Ability to manage end-to-end cloud projects.
- Knowledge of Terraform is a plus.

**Additional Responsibilities:**
- Evaluate and implement automated test tools and strategies.
- Design and conduct test procedures to meet system requirements.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
- Provide testing expertise for complex applications.
- Participate in risk management and software/hardware development.

**Experience and Certification:**
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelors (4+ years of experience w/o one)
- Must have a DoD Secret Clearance
