Job Description
What You'll Do Support and deliver Advanced Services to Cisco's Department of Defense (DoD) customers in the US Public Sector. Act as "Cisco's face to the customer" in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Solve problems creatively, challenge the status quo, and respond rapidly to escalated issues. Build long-term customer relationships with broad networking knowledge and specific expertise.
Who You'll Work With Join a geographically dispersed team of engineers designing, architecting, and supporting critical networks with Cisco solutions. Focus on continuous development and training on new products/technologies. Collaborate on projects impacting national security, working on network infrastructures and delivering business and technology solutions.

Minimum Qualifications
BS in a technical field (CS/EE preferred) or equivalent plus 8+ years related experience.
Expert level certification (e.g., CCIE) or equivalent desired.
CISSP, Security+ or equivalent required.
Cisco DevNet certification preferred.
Knowledge of software programmability, automation, orchestration, virtualization, and/or security.
Strong communication, consulting, and customer relationship skills.
Experience in complex design recommendations and crisis management.
UC/Collaboration
Expertise in Cisco’s core collaboration technologies (e.g., Cisco Unified Communication Manager, Cisco Jabber).
Experience with gateway protocols (MGCP/H.323/SIP/SCCP) and PSTN connections (FXS/FXO/T1/PRI/SIP/CUBE).
Lead technical discussions on configuration, implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Cisco UC applications.
