Waypoint's client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Knowledge Manager to join their growing team.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Implement and maintain program governance across a multi-project IT portfolio
- Promote best practice IT development and O&M procedures
- Lead IT team members; support the Government in setting expectations, defining roles and responsibilities, providing tactical guidance and/or mentoring as needed
- Balance resource requirements and available resources across multiple matrixed initiatives based on portfolio priorities
- Coordinate with government leads to appropriately engage non-IT resources
- Provide direct project management for surge initiatives and stewardship activities
- Support client leadership in the iterative refinement of the IT portfolio vision and resulting initiative prioritization
- Define and regularly refine the architecture and resource requirements necessary to achieve vision objectives
- Five (5) years related experience
- Knowledge of management experience
- Experience developing Information Technology (IT) strategic plans
