Job Summary:
Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in carpentry, with a strong background in construction and renovation projects in secure or classified sites. As a Carpenter for Secure/Classified Sites, you will be responsible for building, repairing, and installing various structures and fixtures in secure environments. You will work closely with project managers, security personnel, and other team members to ensure that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with all relevant regulations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
• Build, install, and repair walls, floors, doors, and other structures and fixtures as required
• Measure and cut materials using hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and hammers
• Install and finish drywall and other materials to create a smooth and even surface
• Install and repair insulation, vapor barriers, and weatherproofing materials as required
• Work with other tradespeople, including electricians and plumbers, to ensure that all work is completed on schedule and to a high standard
• Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and ensure that all work is completed safely and efficiently
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and report any faults or issues to the supervisor
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or project manager

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least three years of experience in carpentry
• Strong understanding of construction and renovation processes
• Experience working in secure or classified sites preferred
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Knowledge of hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and hammers
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to pass a security clearance and background check
• Willingness to work outside of regular business hours if required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
