Cooper is a self-performing General Contractor with a TS FCL as well as certain SAP access. We specialize in SCIFs as well as interior and some exterior construction on secure/hardened/classified facilities, primarily within the DC/MD/VA Area. However, we also operate nationally and internationally. Re-organized in 2016, the current owners and management have over 100 years experience combined. Culture is very important to us.
