Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance & Requirements Validation Analyst SME to coordinate, perform, and track the acceptance testing of delivered technical solutions, ensuring they meet specified business requirements. This role demands strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to document and communicate validation processes and outcomes effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance Testing: Perform, coordinate, and track quality assurance testing activities to ensure delivered solutions meet specified business requirements.
Requirements Translation: Translate business requirements into functional and nonfunctional requirements.
Stakeholder Coordination: Support the analysis and prioritization of requirements, and coordinate with stakeholders.
UX/CX Principles: Apply UX/CX principles during requirements elicitation and analysis.
Document Management: Manage versions and repositories of documents, ensuring all changes are tracked, maintained, and accessible.
Automation Solutions Testing: Coordinate and track the testing of automation solutions, request stakeholder feedback, document issues requiring resolution, and report on progress.
Process Improvement: Provide recommendations for improving requirements management and quality assurance processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with best practices.
Qualifications:
Minimum Secret Clearance
Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality assurance and requirements validation.
Proven experience in managing validation activities and aligning them with business requirements.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in working with cross-functional and multiple contractor teams.
Ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Skills:
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Strong understanding of UX/CX principles.
Experience in managing document versions and repositories.
Ability to coordinate and track testing activities effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide actionable recommendations.
