Title: Cybersecurity Program Specialist
Salary: $130K
Client: Booz Allen Hamilton
Location: Pentagon, Hybrid (2-3x onsite a week)

Basic Qualifications:
10+ years professional experience in professional services, Federal government, or Federal consulting
4+ years of experience with writing or drafting executive or formal senior-level correspondence and/or material to support decision-making
4+ years of experience drafting of technical writing at the organization-level (e.g., drafting organization level technical policies, and strategies)
2+ years of experience in the cybersecurity or information assurance field and capable of providing an operational understanding of the cybersecurity program within DoD
2+ years of experience with supporting DoD-level organizations, including Action Officer duties and staffing processes or tools
Experience facilitating meetings (e.g., working groups, conferences) and associated pre and post meeting activities
BA or BS degree
Clearance: Top Secret
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with analyzing the development of information assurance and cybersecurity practices, policies, and strategies
Experience with supporting DoD-level organizations and capable of providing an operational understanding of cybersecurity practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
Knowledge of NIST 800 series publications
Knowledge of Joint instructions and manuals
CISSP or CISM Certification
