You will design, implement, and maintains virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) solutions using VMware products.
Designing and configuring VDI environments using VMware Horizon, vSphere, and other VMware tools.
Installing, updating, and troubleshooting VDI components, such as virtual machines, desktop pools, application packages, and security policies.
Monitoring and optimizing VDI performance, availability, and capacity.
Providing technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff on VDI-related issues.
Documenting VDI processes, procedures, and best practices.
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Experience in administering and managing VMware products, such as vCenter, ESXi, and vSAN.
Knowledge of VDI concepts, architectures, and protocols, such as PCoIP, Blast, and RDP.
Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems, Active Directory, and network technologies, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
Certification in VMware VDI, such as VMware Certified Professional - Desktop and Mobility (VCP-DTM) or VMware Certified Advanced Professional - Desktop and Mobility Design (VCAP-DTM Design).
