Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking multiple Top Secret Cleared Contracts Specialists with backgrounds in National Security Space to join our SETA team in El Segundo, California. For this effort we are providing support technical advisory services to the United States Space Force's Space Systems Command and Space Operations.
Program Overview:
In this effort, you will be a part of a specialized team supporting Government weapon systems program offices with systems acquisitions and program management support on various capability development programs that are intended to protect and defend the Nation's most valuable space assets. Our team is at the forefront of the advising and assisting the Government throughout the full lifecycle of systems acquisition processes that enable in most instances, rapid fielding to meet warfighter needs.

General Requirements:
- Experience providing expert advice to the Program Manager and Senior Space Force Leadership regarding acquisition strategies, contracting, budgeting, and execution and draft the necessary documentation (ESIS, ASP, ASD, J&A, Source Selection Strategy, etc.).
- Provide contracting assistance to technical personnel involved in the development of statement of work or data deliverable requirements for variety of pre-award and/or post-award procurement actions (e.g., SOW, CDRLs, Incentive Plans, etc.).
Desired Skills:
- Bachelors degree and minimum of 10+ years of related experience
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMI PMP) a plus.
- Must have at minimum, a Top-Secret Clearance, in-scope security background investigation (T5 or SSBI), adjudicated for SCI eligibility and/or enrolled in the Continuous Evaluation program (if applicable).
- Knowledge various Contract types (e.g. Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursable, with and without incentive/award fee arrangements).
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $130,000 - $200,000 ( compensation varies on position and relevant years of experience and education)
- Benefits: Cigna medical, dental, vision, 401k, 20 days paid time off, 11 federal holidays, and sick leave as required by law
