Acquisition Support- Clearance Required

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking multiple Top Secret Cleared Acquisitions Support Specialists with interest in National Security Space to join our SETA team in El Segundo, CA. For this effort we are providing support technical advisory services to the United States Space Force's Space Systems Command and Space Operations.

Program Overview:

In this effort, you will be a part of a specialized team supporting Government weapon systems program offices with systems acquisitions and program management support on various capability development programs that are intended to protect and defend the Nation's most valuable space assets. Our team is at the forefront of the advising and assisting the Government throughout the full lifecycle of systems acquisition processes that enable in most instances, rapid fielding to meet warfighter needs.

General Duties:

• Provide advice to Program/Project Managers regarding acquisition strategies, schedules, contracting, budgeting and execution.
• Prepare periodic status reports, coordinate and execute periodic staff meetings and technical interchange meetings, and develop acquisition plans, schedules, and executive program briefings.
• Develop, draft, and coordinate overarching program planning and execution documents

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent business-related discipline and 5 or more years of experience. (Compensation is based on years of overall experience)
• Must have at minimum, a Top-Secret Clearance, in-scope security background investigation (T5 or SSBI), adjudicated for SCI eligibility and/or enrolled in the Continuous Evaluation program (if applicable).
• Planning, Programing, Budget and Execution process.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $130,000 - $180,000 ( compensation varies on position and relevant years of experience and education)
• Benefits: Cigna medical, dental, vision, 401k, 20 days paid time off, 11 federal holidays, and sick leave as required by law
