Titan Technologies, LLC is seeking a Senior ScrumMaster with experience working in a Federal Government, preferably DoD/IC, contracting environment. The ScrumMaster will plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming. The Scrum Master will be actively coordinating the work of two of our product delivery teams and helping lead the team through the agile lifecycle, shepherding the process. As a Senior Scrum Master, coordinate with two other Scrum Masters to ensure consistency of work processes across our multiple development and support teams.
The Scrum Master will be well versed in the use of Gitlab Ultra or JIRA to assign and track work assignment and will have experience running reports the document work results. The Scrum Master will work closely with internal partners and stakeholders to remove roadblocks, reporting on team performance, organizing product backlogs, and acting as a player/coach. The Scrum Master will understand business needs and work closely with the product owner to ensure the team can implement software solutions effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices, including Sprint Planning meetings and development Sprint Summary reports.
- Assist the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization.
- Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments.
- Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework.
- Resolve conflicts and issues that occur.
- Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity.
- Support the product owners and integrate product requirements with developer work tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- 9+ years of prior experience on a scrum team.
- Must have experience and expert level skills using Gitlab Ultra and/or JIRA, including creation of Sprint Planning and Sprint Summary reports.
- Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict.
- Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum.
- Experience with successful Agile techniques.
- Ability to work with and lead a team.
- Certified Scrum Master and SAFe certification required.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required.
- This position is primarily remote but needs to attend periodic meetings in person at Titan Reston VA office, and at Reston areas SCIF facilities.
- Experience working on DoD, DIA, or Intelligence programs is highly desirable.
Clearance:
- Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- Must have active or recent Top Secret clearance, and be willing to obtain DIA SCI, including Poly.
