Koniag Data Solutions (KDS) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to join our Capability Integration and Delivery team. This role is integral to our mission of delivering innovative solutions to our federal government clients. As a subsidiary of Koniag Government Services, we provide cutting-edge technology solutions while honoring our Alaska Native Corporation heritage. This position requires an active Secret clearance.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements
- Lead sprint planning sessions and provide clear acceptance criteria for user stories
- Make tactical decisions about feature prioritization and trade-offs
- Conduct regular stakeholder demonstrations and feedback sessions
- Ensure delivered capabilities align with security requirements and compliance standards
- Manage dependencies across multiple development teams
- Provide regular status updates to program leadership
- Guide technical teams in understanding business objectives and mission requirements
- Facilitate resolution of impediments and technical challenges
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in technology product management or similar role
- Active Secret security clearance
- Current CISSP certification
- Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
- Demonstrated experience in product ownership or product management
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Understanding of DevSecOps practices
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Additional certifications (PMP, SAFe, CSM, ITIL)
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of federal acquisition processes
- Experience with automated testing and continuous integration/deployment
- Background in systems engineering or enterprise architecture
- Experience with risk management frameworks
- Knowledge of government security compliance requirements (RMF, FISMA, etc.)
- Previous military or government service
- Experience with classified programs
