Knowledge Manager, Senior

Key Role:

Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of a major website. Apply advanced consult ing skills and extensive technical expertise, including full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Help your clients understand their mission environment and manage tasks and requirements. Build your expertise and broaden your skillset in areas such as intelligence analysis. Share your expertise with others through leadership and mentoring.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with Micro sof t SharePoint and MS O365 Power Apps
• Experience using centralized and peripheral databases and records management systems, and generating tailored metrics reports on performance and usage
• Experience organizing data, establishing file structures, and ensuring information is captured and stored in locations accessible to authorized users
• Experience posting, editing, distributing, and maintaining appropriate content on classified and unclassified websites and portals
• Experience c ond ucting assessments to baseline KM processes, taxonomy structures and architecture, technology, tools, and capabilities
• Knowledge of B2C2WG and exercise programs
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED and 12+ years of experience with knowledge management, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with knowledge management

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience working in a headquarters environment in support of senior government personnel
• Experience with communication and change management
• Experience with Continued Process Improvement and Reengineering and Automation initiatives
• Experience developing and implementing KM Governance Support Frameworks
• Possession of excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
