Training Support Lead

In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing doctrinal training to Military units prior to exercises and deployment to theater. Your expertise in Warfighting Functions ( WFF ) will be instrumental in developing and delivering comprehensive instruction tailored to varying learning styles. This position requires a deep understanding of army doctrine, capabilities, organizations, and a broad mix of training systems. As a Training Support Lead on our team, you will asset and lead a team of balanced WFF experts responsible for providing doctrinal training to Army National Guard units prior to exercises, training center rotations and deployments. You'll showcase your technical and operational knowledge and collaborate to devise creative solutions for mission-critical problems. In this role, you will be armed with the resources you need to excel, including the systems, tools, and instruction material.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 8+ years of experience with military training and training support
- 5+ years of experience with training management
- Experience in operations and training management at Battalion , Brigade , or higher level
- TS / SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Completion of the Army Command & General Staff College ( CGSC ) , Sergeants Major Academy, or equivalent level military schooling

- Possession of excellent problem-solving skills
- Master's degree
