ASRC Federal is seeking a Contracts Compliance Administrator to supports the ASRC Federal Contracts team providing support to the administration of contract policies, procedures, methods, operating practices, and regulatory requirements.
Key Role:
Facilitates the effective implementation of standards and provides for management of centralized functions critical to the operating of the contracts team. Duties include execution of company processes such as administration of SAM.gov, Service Contract Reporting and supporting the department's leadership team in reporting activities, the development and management of departmental policies and procedures.
In addition to the compliance activities listed support our Defense and Intel Contracts team in administering Defense GWACs and contracts. Directly support external contracting activities. To support the Contract Administration Function, the CA should have some knowledge and willingness to develop:
Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience or equivalent.

- Contact Award Types: GWAC, GWAC TOs, IDIQ TOs, Standalone Agreements
- Knowledge and basic understanding of FAR, DFARS, and Agency Flowdowns
- Knowledge and some experience negotiating Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming Agreements (TAs), Subcontract Agreement (Sub to Prime basis) etc.
- Experience coordinating and working with internal subject matter experts (PMs, finance, Subcontracts) to achieve proposal and program success.
