ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Strategic Program Director to join our team. The is a Hybrid position in the Washington D.C. area.
The Strategic Program Director - Digital Transformation will spearhead a pivotal, large-scale digital transformation initiative. This is a high-impact role that demands a seasoned leader capable of orchestrating a complex program encompassing data analytics, software engineering, lowcode/no code ecosystem integration, strategic client engagement, and comprehensive change management.

The Strategic Program Director - Digital Transformation will spearhead a pivotal, large-scale digital transformation initiative. This is a high-impact role that demands a seasoned leader capable of orchestrating a complex program encompassing data analytics, software engineering, lowcode/no code ecosystem integration, strategic client engagement, and comprehensive change management.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the strategic vision for a multi-faceted digital transformation program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Establish Robust Governance: Implement and maintain comprehensive program governance frameworks, including risk mitigation, issue resolution, and dependency management.
- Cultivate Client Partnerships: Build and strengthen client relationships, ensuring exceptional delivery and maximizing business value realization.
- Drive Agile Delivery: Lead and empower cross-functional teams (100+ professionals) using Agile methodologies to achieve program objectives with speed and efficiency.
- Orchestrate Stakeholder Communications: Develop and execute strategic communication plans to engage stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Measure and Optimize Performance: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), proactively addressing deviations and ensuring program success.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience leading large-scale technology programs and complex digital transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated expertise in Agile software development methodologies and cloud-based technology implementations.
- Proven track record of successful program delivery with measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change management initiatives within technology-driven contexts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field or MBA.
- PMP, SAFe, or equivalent program management certifications.
- Experience with Salesforce implementation, customization, and integration projects.
- Background in human-centered design principles and digital strategy development.
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and experience with advanced analytics implementations.
Clearance Requirements:
- US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain a Public Trust
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
- Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
