The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager leads the design and execution of the quality management framework, ensuring consistent performance across enterprise IT operations. This role is responsible for implementing the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), managing corrective and preventive actions, monitoring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), and driving continuous process improvement based on contract-defined performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage the QASP in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and lead root cause analysis for nonconformities.
  • Manage the collection, analysis, and reporting of performance data to ensure SLA compliance.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement activities through preventive and corrective actions.
  • Support stakeholder feedback processes and coordinate customer satisfaction reporting.
  • Ensure QA alignment across all functional areas, contractors, and service teams.

Education And Certification Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • ITIL v4 Foundation
  • Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (preferred)

Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise quality assurance, including performance monitoring and corrective action management.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement QA frameworks in accordance with federal IT service contracts.
  • Proficiency in analyzing SLA performance, coordinating quality reviews, and developing QA artifacts.
  • Experience working with multi-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 standards.
  • Experience supporting quality in agile environments with hybrid cloud infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of performance dashboards and ITSM-based reporting frameworks.
