Position Summary
We are seeking candidates who are passionate about instructional training and reviewing associated materials, products, and documentation.
The selected candidate will work supporting the Huachuca Training and Support Contract (HTASC) at Fort Huachuca, AZ. This is a full-time position.
What You’ll Do
Instruct personnel from prepared course material
Moderate travel required
Requirements and Qualifications:
U.S. citizenship and an Active TOP SECRET clearance with access to SCI
Must submit to a CI Polygraph IAW AR 381-20 in order to perform on this contract. Contractor employees who do not take a CI Polygraph or do not obtain a favorable result from a CI polygraph may not perform on this contract
Contractors will be subject to government provided counterintelligence polygraph (CSP) prior to being hired and must continue to pass subsequent CSP to maintain currency
Contractors who have previously failed a CSP will be denied access to Secure Compartmented Information Facilities
Experience in Systems Administration (Windows and Unix based OS), computer/system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems), Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) or other database management, troubleshooting, and cross domain configuration
Experience in configuring and troubleshooting networks, ensuring that network encryption and protocols are properly configured for routers and switches, and TCP/IP ports are properly secured within a LAN and WAN
Experience with basic software and hardware upgrades, and general maintenance of laptops, servers, and system peripherals
Be physically able to help lift “2- and 4-person lift” cases
Able to cross learn, develop training, and instruct all platforms within the NSTID Tactical Sensors Branch to include Future Army Intelligence Capabilities
Meet DoD 8570.1M IAT II minimum certifications requirements (Security+, CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, CND, or SSCP)
Eligibility to obtain NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, and NSA PRIVAC accounts
Operational or Tactical experience in operating/maintaining TROJAN, MCN-AE, CDSS, IFS, P-MFWS, GWS, OGS, or CGS/TGS as a 35T or 353T is preferred to obtain a valid U.S. Passport and International Driver’s License
Desired Qualifications:
Two years of experience in training development using the ADDIE process
Instructor certified meeting TRADOC standards with NET/DTT experience delivering training for new systems
