Implement and maintain Criteria for Continuous Delivery (CfCD) compliance. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to make security part of the workflow, not an obstacle.

Speak the languages of both engineers and security analysts

Have experience with tools like eMASS, understand NIST RMF, and love using data to make decisions
Know your way around DevSecOps, container security, and compliance monitoring
Can bridge tactical execution with strategic foresight
Must-Haves
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Engineering, or similar
4+ years of experience in cybersecurity/ISSE roles, ideally with Navy or DoD projects
Solid grasp of NAVSEA frameworks, DevSecOps, CI/CD environments
ACTIVE Secret Clearance
Preferred: Certifications like CISSP, Security+, or CAP
