Job Description

Provide subject matter expertise and support in communication, collaboration and coordination of information across the IW mission area syndicates (CYBER, CRY, INTEL, C3/DoDIN, and METOC) through the application of generally accepted information management/knowledge management methodologies using Naval enterprise information systems including DON Flankspeed Office 365 platform, Intellink, and all other Naval and DoD collaboration environments. Support IM and KM initiatives to efficiently capture, communicate, and promote readiness/requirements projects, products, business processes, and/or services for internal and external stakeholders. This includes the ability to assess current information management and collaboration tool usage against current best practice benchmarks, including the Investing in Information: IM Body of Knowledge (IMBOK) and ARMA Records and Information Management (RIM): Fundamentals of Professional Practice. Expertise in the tools, methodologies and application IM/KM processes in support of division and directorate functions is required to support effective content and knowledge sharing both internally and across the IW enterprise. Specific support to develop knowledge and information management strategy and methodology using government-approved domains to develop, build, manage and maintain naval enterprise collaborative environments in accordance with DoD and DoN standards and regulations.

Required Qualifications

- Active TS/SCI clearance

- Three years of experience with SharePoint 2019 or SharePoint Online programming, administration, and configuration

- Two years of experience with using JavaScript or other programming languages to create dynamic content in a SharePoint environment

- Two years of experience with technical writing and training users on SharePoint-based solutions

- Knowledge of federal government for DoD information assurance security controls

- Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills

- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills

Required Education/Certification

- Bachelor's degree in information management, knowledge management, or related field
