Job Description
Provide requirements phase support to the NAVIFOR CRA in METL development aligned to Naval Information Forces shore supporting commands ADCON to NAVIFOR. Support both METL annual review and METL development for the IW community organizational syndicates associated with the CYBER, CRY, INTEL, C3/DoDIN, and METOC capability areas. Subject matter expertise for Mission Analysis in the context of METL development and execution. Analysis will be delivered in the form of a technical report following the NAVIFOR Mission Analysis Report (MAR) format.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Five years' experience supporting both METL annual review and METL development
- Experience with Mission Analysis in the context of METL development and execution
- Experience in the application of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) 2.0
- Experience in process analysis methodologies to capture current state processes and deliver graphical representations to inform decision making
- Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
Required Education/Certification
- Bachelor's degree in operations research, operations management, applied psychology, or related field
