CACI is looking for an entry level Project Manager to join our team on the Transport & Cybersecurity Services (TCS) program supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). TCS provides innovative design, engineering, procurement, implementation, operations, sustainment and disposal of transport and cybersecurity IT services on multiple networks and security domains, at multiple locations worldwide to support the NGA GEOINT mission. This position is responsible for reviewing process and procedures and to participate in working groups to help improve overall project support to the customer. They will engage with the master scheduler to understand how project schedules are built and assist in building a skill matrix for the resources. This position will assist in reviewing documents, helping research technologies, and working with the team to support vendor briefs on new technologies that will support NGA's mission.
Responsibilities:
• Participate in discussions on the development of new project management processes
• Learn project scheduling
• Build relationships with customer, vendors and program resources
• Learn to create clear and attainable project objectives, build project requirements, and manage constraints of cost, schedule, scope, and quality.
• Assist senior project managers in developing documentation, project plans, identifying resources (i.e., personnel and materials), schedules, and other relevant information required to achieve project objectives.
• Learns to Identify, review, and manage risk and risk mitigation activities of the project.
• Attends internal and external meetings with project stakeholders.
• Assist in coordinating with engineers to validate Bill of Materials (BOM), document the engineering design/solution, configurations, review, approval, and implementation required to satisfy project requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement for ordering BOM.
• Coordinate with logistics for receiving materials for project implementation and shipping to end site/location.
• Provide input to Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Award Term briefings and ad hoc reports, as required.
• Provide recommendations for continuous process improvements.
• Understand the customer's mission and requirements.
Qualifications Required:
• 0-2 experience working in Project Management for DoD / IC Programs.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
• Understanding of Wide Area Networking concepts and technologies
• Understanding of service management and delivery best practices
Desired:
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI with CI poly

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
