As a Senior Program Manager, you be responsible for overall mission-critical DoD IT infrastructure operations, and delivery of network infrastructure modernization projects for the U.S. Army's Europe Infrastructure Modernization Capabilities Set (IMCS) program. Our success depends on a Senior Program Manager joining our team who to meet the operational and administrative needs of our Federal Government customer. In this role you will manage delivery of critical network infrastructure modernization projects throughout Europe, Israel, and the Horn of Africa to strengthen operational efficiencies and enable Army Soldiers, commands, and supporting organizations to access, process, and act upon information at any time and from anywhere.
Required:
* Ten (10) years' experience managing facility modernization work or system projects of similar scope and complexity including three (3) years' experience managing programs within the administrative and logistical constraints of the DoD OCONUS-Europe AoR
* Minimum of ten (10) years of recent experience (within the last 15 years) in managing complex IT Modernization projects with 100+ employees and more than $100M of annual revenue in the Cost Reimbursable, Fixed Price, and Time and Materials environments
* Experience executing, managing, and delivering IT Modernization Service Delivery support to EUCOM, USAFRICOM, NATO Mission Brigade, and USAREUR G6.
* At least ten (10) years of project management experience within a DoD environment, with specific roles in IT Service Delivery supporting U.S. Army IT projects with multiple CONUS and OCONUS performance locations.
* Holds an active Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
* Bachelor of Science Engineering or equivalent or 10+ year of engineering experience.
Desired:
* Possess a current Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification.
* Possess a process improvement certification or 5 years of experience implementing process optimization methodologies.
Clearance:
* Active Secret Clearance required, TS/SCI eligibility preferred.
Location:
* This position will be located in Wiesbaden, Germany with potential travel around Europe as required.
