Description
The Defensive Electronic Warfare (EW) Systems Engineering Division, as a Senior Systems Engineer or Project Engineer to support a variety of efforts such as radar warning, electro-optics, missile warning, and electronic countermeasure systems. Will be articulating approaches to solve technical and programmatic issues with EW systems at NAVAIR Weapons Division, Point Mugu.
The major responsibilities include the identification of system requirements, design, and development for EW systems along with the evaluation and analysis of system performance by ensuring that proposed implementation of system design align with fleet required critical capabilities. This person will serve as an intermediary between IPT members and the operational user perspective to EW systems, software development feedback, engineering efforts, and acquisition life cycle milestones and events.
