Senior DevOps Engineer
Location: Anacostia, DC
Job Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain robust and
scalable infrastructure solutions. You’ll support development lifecycles across production, QA,
and development environments, optimizing service delivery and ensuring system reliability.
Key Responsibilities
● Architect and maintain scalable infrastructure across environments.
● Enhance CI/CD pipelines for build, package, and deployment processes.
● Automate systems for backups, monitoring, and security.
● Collaborate cross-functionally to promote DevOps best practices.
● Utilize tools like Jenkins, Maven, Puppet, or Ansible.
● Manage code with Git, Bitbucket, SVN, or CVS.
● Support cloud (AWS) environments, databases, and network infrastructure.
● Script using languages like Python, Bash, Perl, PHP, Java, SQL, or C++.
Qualifications
● 4–7 years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering.
● Strong Linux and/or Windows OS skills.
● Experience with AWS and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform).
● Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
