Program Manager (Call Order Lead)

Graham Technologies is seeking a Program Manager (Call Order Lead) to oversee the successful execution of complex technical projects. This role is responsible for ensuring project goals are met on time, within scope, and in accordance with client expectations and contract requirements.

Location : Huntsville, AL

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring timely execution of deliverables aligned with defined objectives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Direct and coordinate activities across functional teams, maintaining control over project scope, schedule, and personnel.
• Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and adjust strategies as needed to maintain performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, reporting, and contract compliance.
• Oversee project documentation, budgeting, and quality assurance.
• Promote continuous improvement and effective knowledge sharing across project phases.

Required Skills:

• Must have an active TS with SCI eligible or higher

• Minimum of 8 years of program or project management experience
• PMP certification from PMI
• Proven experience managing multi-phase, cross-functional technical projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Atlassian software tools (JIRA, Confluence, Service Desk).
• Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, schedule, and deliverables effectively

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Management, or related field
• Experience supporting federal government contracts
