Program Analyst, Mid
Key Role:
Plan for and coordinate the development of comprehensive reports to improve the overall development and execution of organizational programs. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses and program evaluation and provide management with information regarding the improvement of initiatives and strategic plans. Analyze the implementation of new policies and allocation of needed resources and oversee the development of facilities, systems, and budget analysis for the program. Plan, coordinate, and develop comprehensive reports to improve the overall development and execution of organizational programs.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience with assisting and supporting the development of recommended and required program documentation according to DoD regulations and directives
- Experience with DoD financial processes and systems
- Experience with the execution and management of DoD or Federal Government Interagency Agreements (IAA)
- Experience with MS Excel
- Ability to work independently
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with program support for defense or intelligence programs, or 12+ years of experience with program support for defense or intelligence programs in lieu of a degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with supporting GS-15 level program and portfolio managers
- Experience with IT customer engagement and payment processing
- Experience with managing schedules and correspondence, running meetings, managing issues and action items, analyzing information for trends, and consolidating information for senior level awareness and decision making
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communications skills
