ASRC Federal has several upcoming Software Development opportunities supporting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. These are on-site positions at the William J. Hughes Technical Center.

RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT : Permanent Residency (with 3 years residing in the US) or US Citizenship is required for the FAA Public Trust/background investigation.

We are looking for User Interface (UI)/Front-End Developers with the following years of experience:

• 1 Candidate - 20 years of experience with Bachelors Degree
• 1 Candidate - 15 years of experience with Bachelors Degree
• 1 Candidate - 7 years of experience with Bachelors Degree
• 1 Candidate - 5 years of experience with Bachelors Degree
• 3 Candidates - 3 years, or less, of experience with Bachelors Degree

Required Skills

• Experience in:
  • Javascript, HTML, and CSS
  • AngularJS or similar Frameworks
  • UNIX/Linux Operating Systems (RHEL)
  • Version Control (GitLab preferred)

• Ability to:
  • Work independently, as well as a team.
  • Research and problem solve.

Preferred Skills

• Familiar with:
  • DevSecOps practices
  • Docker
  • GitLab
  • Automated Build Tools (Bamboo, Gradle, Maven, etc.)
  • Databases (CockroachDB, SQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
  • Python and Shell Scripting.
  • Java or C++
  • Java Messaging Service (JMS) and ActiveMQ
