- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and documentation for maintenance activities.
- Coordinate logistics for maintenance projects, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Track progress and performance on maintenance tasks, making adjustments to improve efficiency and effectiveness as needed.
- Provide on-site support during maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational protocols.
- Assist in developing reports and documentation for maintenance activities and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance planning or related fields is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in project management.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site, as this position requires a hands-on approach and cannot be supported remotely.
- Q-Clearance or ability to obtain Q-Clearance is a significant advantage.
