Description
Serve the client by leading assigned projects and prepare, support, and coordinate budget and financial management reports, processes, and activities to meet mission requirements. Support all financial management efforts of the BMD by developing and managing scope, time, cost, quality, deliverables, resources, communications, risks, and procurements for BMD financial products.

Performance and completion of the following:


GFEBS Financial Transaction Processing (e.g., Purchase Request building, Business Intelligence report generation, Journal Voucher building, Sales Order creation, etc.); LMP Financial Module (e.g., PWD building); Defense Travel System Authorization / Voucher review; IT Budget Exhibits; Purchase Request (PR) Forms; Army budget execution and formulation; Army Budget Exhibits/Schedule; Financial Reporting; T&E Budget Exhibits; Spend plan Development, tracking, and variance analysis; Unfinanced Requirements Justifications; Army Program Analysis; and MIPR Processing.

Requirements
Must possess and maintain a Secret Clearance
Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline such as finance, mathematics, business discipline
DAWIA Practitioner Level Certification in Business – Financial Management
Ten (10) years of relevant experience in cost analysis/ estimation
Experience in cost analysis/estimation, working in a DoD project management office.
Working knowledge and hands-on experience with GFEBS; specifically, resolving GFEBS errors such as Interface Document Errors, obligation and disbursement posting issues, and payroll and travel posting issues.
Experience and understanding of Financial Audit Readiness.
Experience and knowledge of Army appropriations [e.g., Operations and Maintenance, Army (OMA), Other Procurement, Army (OPA), and Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E)].
