You will be the Mult Function Finance Analyst Associate, serving on a team of Cost Management analysts on the Fixed Wing Fire Control (Sniper) program. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional cost management and financial analysis to drive program success.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Mult Function Finance Analyst Associate, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day cost management responsibilities, including establishing and monitoring program budgets, tracking and reconciling costs, and conducting cost analysis.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Establishing and monitoring program budgets to ensure accurate and complete financial data
• Tracking and reconciling costs to ensure compliance with program requirements
• Conducting cost analysis, including risk and opportunity analysis, to identify areas for improvement
• Developing variance explanations and recommendations for corrective actions as required
• Coordinating the quarterly CSR process to ensure accurate and complete data
• Forecasting orders, sales, profit, and cash flow for assigned contracts to inform business decisions
• Supporting Long Range Plan formulation, E&Y inquiries, Tax questions, Progress Billing audits, and Contract Closeout activities

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
-Strong financial analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
-Knowledge and extensive experience working with MS Excel
-Bachelors degree in business administration, finance, or related discipline

Experience with SAP
Effective at presenting data to a group and using MS PowerPoint

Familiar with closeout processes

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
