Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state
Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
Current BLS and ACLS certifications (NRP also preferred or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication, assessment, and patient-advocacy skills
U.S. Citizenship required (due to federal contract regulations)

Primary Responsibilities May Include:
- Providing holistic, high-quality care to patients in all stages of labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery
- Monitoring fetal heart tones and maternal vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with pain management
- Collaborating with physicians, midwives, and healthcare team members to ensure safe and smooth deliveries
- Educating patients and families on prenatal and postpartum care
- Maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with facility standards
