Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Developer (CMDB/HAM) to join our team to support our government clients. Grow skills, work with a dynamic team, engage with diverse partners, and strengthen CGS' ability to support clients. Job Responsibilities As a ServiceNow Developer (CMDB/HAM), you will:
- Customize and configure Hardware Asset Management (CMDB/HAM) modules.
- Script as needed to improve functionality.
- Assist with the Asset Analyst role as necessary.
- Optimize performance and understand the licensing model.
- Integrate CMDB and Discovery tools.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Having and maintaining an active Secret Government Security Clearance.
- Associate degree or Equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience with CMDB and HAM modules, Discovery and integrations.
- Must be able to work multiple tasks in a team-based environment.
Desired Qualifications
- Strong communication and team-building skills.
- Located in the DC metropolitan area (Preferred)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Hardware Asset Management
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (Preferred)
