Job Function/Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Works independently under general supervision to develop, implement and evaluate advanced MCIS instructions and materials
- Advises and makes recommendations on the delivery of MCIS and virtual training solutions
- Conducts training classes, over the shoulder assistance, demonstrations and leads ground discussions for BDE and above units
- 4-years relevant military experience operating Army MCIS training
- Familiar with Battalion and above operations
- Will certify trainers in accordance with (IAW) the government approved certification program
