We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity & Acquisition Program Lead - Embedded Systems to lead strategy and oversight for embedded systems testing within the Cyber Test and Evaluation Complex. You'll ensure our programs align with DoD standards while driving innovation in secure embedded development.
Location: Eglin AFB, FL
Clearance: Active Secret required (TS/SCI eligible)
Travel: Some travel required (est. 15-25%)

The Mission
Astrion is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity and acquisition expert to lead strategy and oversight for embedded systems testing within the Cyber Test and Evaluation Complex. You'll ensure our programs align with DoD standards while driving innovation in secure embedded development.
Responsibilities
Serve as cybersecurity lead for embedded T&E programs
Develop and manage acquisition strategies across hardware and cyber efforts
Provide policy and compliance guidance (DoD 5000, Anti-Tamper, Supply Chain Risk, etc.)
Coordinate with stakeholders across DoD labs, PMOs, and security teams
Guide funding, scheduling, and risk mitigation for embedded test programs
Contribute to long-term planning of lab capabilities and security strategies
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field
10+ years in DoD acquisition, cybersecurity, or embedded systems
Familiarity with hardware security policies, Anti-Tamper, and supply chain practices
Proven experience managing technical programs and aligning to cost/schedule
Active Secret clearance, U.S. Citizenship
Ability to obtain TS/SCI
Strong communication skills for interagency coordination
Preferred Qualifications
PMP or DAWIA certification
DoD 8140 IAT Level 3 certification (or ability to obtain within 1 year)
Experience with hardware/software vulnerability analysis
Familiarity with AF T&E or lab infrastructure
