Description:Join Our Team as an Circuit Engineering Senior Manager where you will work on the development of tactical avionics products for a Navy program.
Location: This position does not support teleworking; the preferred candidate will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility one of the Coolest places to work: Littleton CO , and be expected to work in the office.

What does this role look like?
FBM is looking for a Sr. Engineering Manager to lead the research, design, development, production, and testing of a variety of electronic equipment and systems, including Avionics Flight Control and Guidance electronics; Radio Frequency communications equipment and Flight Termination systems; circuitry components; analog and digital computers.
Key activities you will accomplish in this role:
• Lead the development of an electronics package for the weapons system.
• Provide leadership on a fast-paced team from requirements through development and production.
• Be responsible to assure coordination between functional groups during the product development life cycle.
Typical mins for this role:
• 12+ years of professional experience .
• US Citizenship, as this position requires a DoD Interim Top Secret clearance or higher clearance to be considered for this role.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Prior experience in development of electrical engineering hardware for Missile/Space Weapons Systems programs.
• Prior experience with managing the design, build, production, and test of hardware.
• US Citizenship and Interim Top Secret Security Clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong coordination and multi-tasking skills required.
• Experience working with production centers and subcontractors.
• Prior experience with development and production of Missile/Space Weapons Systems programs.
• Prior CAM experience or experience with earned value management.
• Relevant Leader experience, preferably large engineering teams of at least 40+ engineers.
• Product Portfolio management experience.
• Missile or space segment design and test experience with one or more subsystems.
• Experience in architecture, design and development & sustainment of Avionics products & technologies.
• Master's Degree in Electrical or Systems Engineering, or relevant Graduate degree.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $157,800 - $278,185. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
