Mandatory Skills and Experience:
• VMware vSphere (vCenter and ESXi): Extensive experience in supporting multi-site environments.
• VMware Horizon VDI: Expertise in supporting a geographically dispersed enterprise with a mix of persistent and instant clone desktops.
• Microsoft Windows Golden Images: Proficiency in creating and managing golden images.
• HP Thin Clients and HP Device Manager (HPDM): Skilled in configuring and managing HP thin clients.
• VMware App Volumes: Experience in application capturing and troubleshooting.
• VMware Unified Access Gateway: Knowledge in deploying and managing UAG.
• Capacity Planning: Experience in planning for geographically distributed enterprise-level systems.
• Technical Planning: Ability to convert customer requirements into a technical plan.
• Full Lifecycle System Development: Expertise in the complete lifecycle of system development.
• PKI Certificates and Keys: Working knowledge of PKI certificates and keys.
• Atlassian Applications and Plugins: Understanding features and administrative responsibilities for maintaining health, scalability, manageability, and security.
• Project Workflows and Security: Proficient in all aspects of project workflows, security, permissions, fields, and notifications.
